The Objective:
Convert a previously unused car dealership in Cincinnati, Ohio into a modern, collaborative and inspiring workspace to house 10 startup companies and public co-working areas.

The Process:
Field measurements were gathered to generate the Base Plan, while inspiration was synthesized into graphic and spacial themes. Concept creation included a furniture package and drawing set, including: Furniture plan, Lighting plan, Electrical plan, Elevations, and Custom furniture plans. With final selections made, specifications & POs were processed and Installation completed.
