Saba Capital is an Investment Management firm with headquarters on the 58th and 59th floors of the Chrysler Building in NYC.  

The Objective:
Saba Capital was looking to refresh its working space on the 58th and 59th floors in the Chrysler Building in NYC. They appointed us to conceptualize, design, and furnish a practical facility for business and trading, including private offices and an open plan using systems furniture.

The Process:
Explore the unique needs of this Investment Firm and gain an understanding of their furniture and space requirements. Collect field measurements to generate a Base Plan. Gather inspiration to visualize spacial themes for concept creation and research similar case studies and trading desk designs. Use this foundation of inspiration and conceptualization to develop the furniture package and drawing set, including: Base plan, Furniture plan, Electrical plan, Elevations, and custom furniture plans. With final selections made, specifications & POs were processed and Installation completed.
